Privacy Policy

Accounts are one-click: no email, no phone number, no verification. We will never ask for your name, identity document, address or any other personal detail — not for playing, not for deposits, not for payouts.

We do not run a support inbox or a contact form. If you want to reach us, we do it over Session, an end-to-end encrypted messenger that needs no phone number and no account.

— Your account: a nickname, a bcrypt password hash, your balance and when you were last seen. Nothing else.
— Your IP address: never stored in full — only as a one-way salted hash, so it can never be turned back into an address.
— Your games: the match record and encrypted server seeds (AES-256-GCM) that make each result verifiable.
— Your payments: Monero transaction IDs and wallet addresses, that have been used for receiving / sending users funds.

Anything sensitive is stored only in encrypted form at rest. Server seeds that prove every result are sealed with AES-256-GCM, passwords are bcrypt hashes, and IP addresses are one-way hashes. There is no plaintext copy of your secret data lying on the server.

We do not keep things “just in case”. Data is removed automatically on a fixed schedule:

— Accounts with a balance are never deleted — your funds are untouchable.
— Guest accounts without a balance: deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
— Registered accounts without a balance: deleted after 6 months of inactivity.
— Finished, cancelled and expired games (with their rounds): deleted 60 days after they end.
— Chat messages: the chat locks right after the game and its content is deleted permanently minutes later.
— Confirmed deposits: deleted after 90 days.
— Rate-limit entries: deleted after 2 days. Audit logs: after 180 days.

You can stop using Monero Arena at any time — unused accounts are wiped automatically as described above. To have an account removed immediately, message us over Session. Because we never collected personal data about you, there is simply nothing else to hand over or delete.
